We want you to love every Lumora product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return

Email us at lumoralifestyle786@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 7 days
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
