What Can Be Returned
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

- Unused, unopened items
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Item different from listing

- No original packaging
- Incorrect voltage damage
- Change of mind after 7 days
⚡ Voltage Notice: Products requiring a converter (e.g. Lava Lamp) are not eligible for returns if damaged from incorrect voltage. Please read product descriptions carefully.
How to Return an Item
- 1. Contact us first — Email lumoralifestyle786@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item.
- 2. Get approval — We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and send a return authorisation if eligible.
- 3. Ship it back — Pack securely in original packaging. We cover return shipping on defective items.
- 4. Receive your refund — Once inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- → Refunds go to your original payment method only
- → Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive the item
- → Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault
- → Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition
Arrived Damaged?
Photograph the damage immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Please don’t dispose of damaged packaging — we may need photos to process your claim with the courier.
